I have been in the Construction Industry for over 30 years, running our family business ALL of this time. (Gowlain Building Group contractors Ltd). We have used a lot of non UK labour over the years. Again and Again we kept getting requests from our clients and the guys that worked for us to get an agency going that was specific. That's why "Outback Agency" exists today to provide that additional personal service to employer and worker alike.

Rowland has been with our company for over 5 years providing the specialist skills of tax planing and financial control. His skills were finely tuned whilst working for Mitsubishi, Dubai for over 8 years.
